Has anyone taken part in the Heyford Driving Training Academy days run by Motorsports-events.com? Are they any good? I’ve recently bought my first Caterham and was wonder if they are a worthwhile introduction into trackdays. Heyford is also local to me, which is a plus point.

Yes - massive fun! Not too serious - learn about your car under various conditions - ideal pre-track day event and very friendly staff and very safe. Loads of people on here are going to a couple of these evenst throughout teh year.
