On a more serious note - I would love some RiF rear light blocks and reverse and fog light blocks - I have his mirrors and mounts and the memory of him laughing at me on the phone trying to get him to produce the full wraparound carbon rear stone guards.......He wasn't to be persuaded.

Light blocks, light blocks, gimme gimme gimme toothy smileythumbs upthumbs upthumbs upthumbs up

Norm, I have a feeling that whatever is on RIF's list will be gone very quickly.

I was almost tempted to ask if you had an advance copy, but that wouldnt be sporting, so I wont.

Not sure if this is appropriate or otherwise, but am just wondering if, along with the list, a link could be put up to Richard's favourite charity so that buyers could make a contribution on an entirely voluntary basis. Just a thought .....

Sorry, but as I thought the last light blocks were shipped last week.

PH, thanks, I'll shout if any help is needed.

The stock list may be delayed for a week or two as there's other stuff that needs doing first.

Just to be clear, K9 Composites no longer exists as a trading entity. In an agreement with Carbon Bits, all K9 moulds and associated IP (ISTBC) were transferred to RiF a couple of years back. There is no option to purchase carbon products from K9 Composites Limited.

Your only alternative for carbon rear light blocks is probably Fluke/Mog at and eye-watering €179eek smiley. Seven Tweeks, now www.sevenspeed.co.uk used to sell these but I think they were supplied by Carbon Bits.

I had spoken by e-mail several times with Richard over the past couple of years, about Carbon Bits producing wide-track Seven clams in c/f.

He told me he had made the molds, but was too busy with other projects to start producing these clams yet. I last bugged him about this potential project in late 2008.

With the sad passing of Richard, I hope that these clamshell molds can be passed on to some firm or person that will undertake to produce quality clams in carbon fiber. i definitely want a pair for my Seven.

I have heard that there may be someone in Japan who makes c/f clams for Sevens....does anybody know anything about this?

You would have thought that they would have taken out the cutout of the passender side rear wing

The muguards look like a good idea except it could end up being a nice funnel for all the road rash to go in to

So to clarify:

Is Henrietta just selling off existing stock, have K9 rebought the moulds to restart production or is the link from their site very old?
