Unfortunately you have to pay extra for it but a Caterham R500 has just been added to Forza 5.

I'm really looking forward to testing it out!

If you're interested and/or playing the game then PH has a couple of threads running, including an unofficial hot lap challenge.

Please also feel free to point out that many varieties have been available on PC (e.g. rFactor) for several years, and it's all free, and the GFX are amazing sticking out tongue smileywink smiley

The R500 was also featured in Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Bit unrealistic in the amount of damage it can sustain, but it's all good fun. My friend did the power lines for that game sticking out tongue smileytoothy smiley

Off the back of Tony's beautiful car shot links above, I had a little surf and found 'Project Cars' online. I'd never heard of it before. Looks amazing, due for release on all platforms before the end of this year. This would be the reason to buy a 4th gen console and a 4K Telly IMHO. Look at the video of alpha build in game graphics a little down this page: here. And I rate the developer for previous GT Legends and even Shift (on the arcade end but still fab nonetheless on my PS3).

Has anyone in here been involved in alpha testing? Is so would love to hear feedback.

I've been a "Team Member" (paying public beta tester, along with thousands of others) of Project Cars since it was announced though my contribution was limited to pointing out they'd put an EU2 engine in the Classic and it should be EU3 <harrow> The PC version is fairly complete but I have hardly played it at all, it looks pretty and it has Caterhams (including the SP/300R

but it coincided with my loss of interest in simracing.
